Best option for ranking?

Simple Question:

In BHW members opinion what ranks better?

Technically it shouldn't matter, but I always feel more comfortable with .html.
If you're using WP, I use .html on pages plugin that turns pages into .html
If it's just a static html site, make sure to close the end slash /. Not that it's a big deal but I've read it's just good practice so google knows that's the end of the url.

.html is not that much important. Cause google consider and show few words only, even if you have big long keyword in url.
