Anyone have experience with online Poker affiliate programs? I'm looking for a legit, high paying online poker affiliate program that gives an initial signup reward and gives a percentage of the casinos profits.
What you are describing is a hybrid deal. Hybrid deals (CPA+Revshare) do exist, but they aren't common. In my experience, they are often negotiated with aff managers directly.
The issue you will run into is that in order to negotiate one, the aff manager is probably going to want you to impress him with some prior stats. You see, poker sites aren't very keen on paying up front CPAs of any magnitude these days. So in order to get one+back end rev share, you'll want to have a slick product or sales pitch, or both.
