Best Online Payment methods for selling online services

I am basically going to be selling shout outs on my social media accounts but I am not sure what is the best method of collecting the money. I wanted to use Paypal as it seems to be the most popular service but I am wondering how the fees work and if I should get a business account? Maybe someone knows a better route to go so I don't get hit with tons of fees. I know you are supposed to report earnings on your taxes too but what amount would I need to earn to really have to report? If I am claiming that people are making a donation for my service, does that have to be reported? I am ready to launch my business but this is my last road block before I send out an email blast for my services. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
