I was wondering if anyone has an idea of which of the below settings give most earnings/conversions

Cpi > cpa > pin. And make it 2 app install locker instead of one app install, also try to make the locker similar the landing page. ( use same colour, text front and also photo)

i am working with normal CPI locker and working fine for me.
