What is the best offshore hosting to use? Would you say somewhere in Russia? Anyone have a good connection for offshore hosting?

Looking for a company that would ignore any letters. And no we are not spamming at all.

Best way to know is looking for a site with similar activity to yours and then do a IP Whois.
