There's SharkHosting (verpex.com) and SharkHost (sharkhost.co). Which one were you referring to? Do you use them personally?

It seems you have a few candidates in mind and I would recommend you to contact them and ask for test account.
After that subscribe for their monthly plan and continue testing. After 1 month you will be sure if they are going to be good for you or not.

I recommend you use Alexhost or TheOnionhost
Keep in mind, if your website is bigger you need to use a good package in Web Hosting, if you have high traffic you need to switch to VPS or Dedicated Server, that can be the issue. Always check if you have enough resources (RAM,CPU) for your website or it will go down even with other hosts.
People needs to understand, when website gets a lot of traffic, sometimes to fix that is upgrading or doing a little of investiment (going to VPS instead of Web Hosting, or Instead of VPS going with dedicated server)
You can't run website with 512MB + tons of plugins + heavy traffic... it won't go well and probably you will get suspended or down due to that fact-
(If you have medium or big traffic better use VPS or Dedicated server), those here are offshore:

Take a look at Cloudways if you haven't already. They are located in Malta and they partner with a handful of cloud providers (Digital Ocean, Linode, Vultr, Amazon AWS, and Google Cloud) to offer servers basically in all major metropolitan areas of the world. IMO, their pricing is very competitive and their customer service is always responsive and helpful as long as you're okay being a bit hands-on.
