What is the content type? BHW members tend to take DMCA as Phishing / Hacking free-pass ticket which is not the case.

There is difference between trademark infringement and copyright infringement and "I will hack NASA with HTML code".

So guys, when you are asking for offshore hosting , offshore hosting with DMCA tolerance policy.. be more specific, otherwise you will get recommendations which may not work for you with result of spamming the forums how bad that X-Y provider is because you got banburger.


Generally speaking Russia providers doesn't give a F for DMCA , Ukraina was a good option but the local authorities are flirting with USA and is not longer suitable for websites which bring much attention (Google for more info on this topic)...on the other side..
