Best offshore host?

I am in search of a reliable host for a warez forum. I need not host warez, but will be doing warez linking. Also, I will use nulled scripts. Any host out there in the biz for over 5years. and is reliable? Also something cheap.
I want share hosting or VPS for less than $20 a month.

After doing some research myself I have decided to go with underhost.us. They are #1 recommended on offshorehost.net but besides that have been around for a little while at least, responded quick to my question, and seem to be professional with some good reviews. And seem to be the most warez friendly. If you want VPS it starts at $50.

Another highly reliable host that's been around for longer is 1and1.com who said I could even host a Torrent site if I wanted. Their servers are in the US though but they said as long as I follow guidelines like having a "donation" box I would be fine. They have telephone 1-800 support US support And offer VPS at $19 for first 6 mths.


Leaseweb is huge and has been mentioned a number of times on this forum. But Do Not use them. This is the host that cracked down hard on sites like demonoid and other bittorrents
