I'm looking for a permanent host for my anime website (similar to kissanime)

Most offshore hosts have bad reviews saying that they get bad after sometime or have low uptime, I'm looking for a host that will stay for a long time without me getting problems with.

Also I prefer shared hosting because I've never used VPS.

Hey there,
Is their any reason why you are looking for an offshore for an anime site?

Anime episodes are copyrighted, aren't they? so I think I will get problems with normal hosts?
correct me if I'm wrong

If they are copyrighted then yes sir, you would have issues with hosting providers, esspecially ones that respond to DMCA complaints.

Host the website anywhere and put it behind Cloudflare to hide the IP of the host, then add a DMCA section on your website and collect yourself the complains as they would not be able to deliver them to your host.

Then, do whatever you see fit with them.

You sure this works with all hosts? I don't want to pay then have my account suspended

Found some results searching in the forum:
I already searched and saw this thread before, as I said most of these hosts have bad review's or get bad after sometime like serveria as an example.

edit: I found a few hosts that seem to be good, but is shared hosting good for a streaming website?

That's the ultimate master list for offshore hosting companies.

Personally I consider Pirateshosting.net to be the best option to deal with and get offshore hosting solutions.
Servers are stable and fast, support is very helpful! If you are looking for reliable, fast and secure services the solution is this offshore host.

If you don't mess up Cloudflare's setup no one is going to know the server's ip except Cloudflare themselves, and they're not going to reveal it to anyone because of a DMCA alone.

Even if you don't use Cloudflare or a proxy to hide the real IP of the servers, the people sending the DMCA notices should send it to you first, and if they're unable to do so, they send it to the host, who then tells you to remove the infringing content.

That's just how thing works, a DMCA notice alone is not going to knock your whole website down. First they ask you to remove the content, and if you don't, they ask the people who is hosting the infringing content to remove it (filehost, web host).

You should be more scared of Google de-indexing your pages, as they actually respond to them and remove the offending pages from the search engine.

I also know that LibertyVPS.net is considered to be one of the best options to get affordable offshore hosting solutions.
They are prompt with their customer service and tech support, and always send out greatly appreciated notices of maintenance well in advance.

if you want to stream from your host get a vps minimum, dont get a shared hosting

How much Diskspace will I need? I only want to upload my php website files and then just post pages with videos hosted on google drive

I would suggest you to go with www.webuzo.net for me the #1 offshore hosting provider in Europe. I'm hosting my sites on 3 of their VPS have zero issue at all , my portfolio has streaming sites, 2 forums, an link sharing site, adult tube and like 30 niche adsense websites and a minecraft server (for my minecraft server i'm also using their 500Gbps DDOS protection that cost like €15/mo . You know there is always angry kids :D ) with uptime of 100% for the last 5 months. You will can host as much domains you want. The best part is that their VPS plans comes with cool user friendly control panel from where you manage your VPS just like a shared hosting . Forgot to mention that you will have like 100Mbps premium connection.

Regarding Cloudflare, they do response to DMCA complains and will immediately provide your hosting provider details to the claimer. Also there is fcking easy to find website real IP behind cloudflare proxy those days :D

I have hear from friends here that they are happy with www.linuxssdvps.com , another stable offshore vps hosting provider.

Anyway regardless from your selection you will have always to follow their Terms of Services .

No, don't do this, I had the same problem.
Cloudflare sold me out almost immediately, jerks just don't want any hit. they won't even try to fight for you or pretend to fight for you. they don't even check if the request is valid or not, try it yourself, send an dmca to any website on cloudflare and ask them for hosting information, they will give it to you right away!!!!!
and my website had only problem with a few sentences , that's it.
better go with a offshore hosting , cloudflare doesn't care about you.
