To use the final 4 credits, buy 4 more domain names. On 4 old domains that you don't want to use for this sort of hosting because they're being used, temporarily set up hosting accounts with them.

Then once the hosting is set up, use one of the new domains you bought as an add-on domain for that hosting.

Then switch the old domain back to where it was hosted.

Just because that domain is featured as the main domain for the free account doesn't mean you have to leave it on there ... just hop into advanced DNS and swap it back, your free hosting will still remain.

Real quick on the vbulletin recent visitor bot I am surfing and its clicking while being logged in on I.E. but when I confirm it and am logged out it is not showing me as a recent visitor.

It's I.E. 9.03 does that make a difference?

The version of i.e. shouldn't matter. It's really easy to have it not logged in properly, but there's lots of advice in the thread to make sure you're doing it properly. But again, version shouldn't matter.
