I think you've misunderstoood the BHW system...

phpbuilt is WAY past the level of Jnr VIP. Jnr VIP's only need 100 solid posts and to pay an annual membership fee.

Just look at phpbuilt's reputation and thanked values - now THAT means something. I follow a lot of his threads, as he's one of the guys who really contributes to this forum.

anyone can be Jr VIP with enough time, posts and donors.
he deserve to be Exec for his knowledge and willingness. Maybe some people already knew his releases but he's the one dare to release, without asking for anything.
Some of his releases are called revolution, not just thinking out of box.

PHP is one of the best members here, he shares and asks for nothing in return. He could make a killing just by offering a PR service if he wanted too yet he gives his method for free!!!

I somehow missed the GD Free Hosting tip. I had 10 credits and out of those, 6 domains that I can use with it since they're just sitting there. I'll setup some php based websites w/o database access to speed things up.

He seems to have lots of experiences in SEO. From ranking to pagerank. I'm not new to SEO but when reading and following some his guides. I found it useful for my sites. He is very good and kind with contributions.

I think you don't know anything about BHW. I meant JR. VIP WITHOUT PAYING, which is possible when you share awesome stuff like phpbuilt has.
 
No biggie on paying lol. I'm not trying to earn Jr. VIP I'll be paying for it soon enough. I just had several things I wanted to put in my sig and my sig wasn't big enough so I consolidated lots of stuff to one post.
