Best NSFW 7B Local LLM Chatbot

I'm currently working on a NSWF chatbot and I'm looking for the best 7b local LLMs. If you have any suggestions or experiences with this, I would really appreciate your input! Currently, I'm using Tiamat DPO 7B. It's good but sometimes just doesn't follow my instructions at all.

Mistral & llama are pretty good.

what do you use for keeping the "memory" of the ongoing conversation inside the bot ? and how do you separate threads ?
