Take the time to learn how to use wordpress. All you need is shared hosting and there's a good chance they'll have some automatic installations. There's plugins for virtually anything you can think of, so just search around on google for what you need once you're familiar with WP.

You must have to try Thirsty Affiliate tool for Wordpress.
It is just related to Wordpress blogging not for others.

Yeah self hosted wordpress is good to start. You can play around with it by registering free blog at wordpress . com. Try installing themes and adding few posts, it is super easy to use

A time i go when someone told me about this click and build systems for websites i wasnt convinced at all. Thinking that it couldnt be so easy to create a website that looks professional just by making clicks and putting things together. I started watching on yt a video of a woman doing a complete wordpress site and course in 1 1/2hour. After watching and getting in touch with it step by step it changed my mind. You have plugins/addons for everything, themes for every single topic you can think about. Just go and google or watch a youtube video of a step by step website building.
For the seo part you allready came to the right place :)
