Best non-KYC crypto exchange?

All major CEXs have KYC by now, I think the last one to go was KuCoin, one of the only options left would be going through P2P exchanges like LocalCoinSwap but the % spread is sometimes ridiculous.
 
Bybit is one of the last CEXs left that doesn’t enforce KYC. Other than that they all got regulated. There’s also so,e P2P platform options out there, like BISQ and LocalCoinSwap.
 
never had any problems with MEXC
Mixinwallet is a decentralized and attractive option. Withdraw fees can cost you -0.0001 for BTC, but overall decent for full DEX and wallet that doesn't give you back your same UTXOs when you withdraw, even if you just deposit and withdraw without any trading.
Note they suffered a pretty bad hack back in I believe 2023
 
If you want 100% kyc free then it will be the scam.
 
cryptomixer.is has worked perfectly for me several times and requires no id, no kyc period - it is automated. Coins are mixed and resent in minutes. I will agree though that most services claiming to require 'no KYC' do have an elevated risk of being a scam
 
You always need to know the purpose for which the exchange will be used. And I always check with support directly.
