Best niche/keyword research tools?

So what do you guys think are the best niche and keyword research tools? I'm hoping to find a FREE copy of something on here that works well.

Unfortunately not free for me, I paid for this, but I don't mind a bit.

MicroNicheFinder I think is awesome, perfect - no, none do it all but this is pretty damn cool.

I could give you a list of what this software does but google it and watch the videos.

I know there were more than a couple threads in the forum stating how to get MNF free you might want to search, but even if you have to pay the $67.00 its well worth it.
