Best niche for high CPM

I have 3 monetised YouTube channels which I put out regular content for (it’s all original content).

My CPM seems really low on all three channels though and not sure if it’s just the niche? 2 of my channels are gaming related and my CPM is around $3 on both on them.

My other channel is a crime commentary channel and CPM is just over $5 which still seems really low.

I’ve seen channels in “get rich quick” niche with CPMs $70+

Kids niche but it is very very competitive

Money making methods channels are making $$.$$$ per month easily.
I own multiple money making methods channels and with even 5k subs they are making easy cash.

I'm seeing a lot of old members suddenly active this month. Most of them are abandoned accounts.

I'm looking into this as I'm focusing on making original content to stay safe with AdSense in the future. High CPM is definitely the way to go it seems and most of it deals with finances.

I was told by a good member on here to look into luxury lifestyle videos too so I'm looking at that as well but high CPM niches are definitely something I'm focusing on right now because you can have a real low sub count and don't need many views to make a lot of money.

I woke up to this as well as I'm monetizing copyright videos that probably will probably get demonetized soon but the CPM on them was between $13-$16 and with 200k views I'm making $600 off of that so that's really motivating to stick with high CPM stuff, I just gotta find the right niche that's easy to rank organically quickly without slow growth.
