Best niche for Content Gateways

What you think, which niche is the best for content gateways?
(like BHCB etc.)

I had a project a few months ago, I was doing this with online movies/tv shows and content gateways. Well, I didn't made much money.
I think this is because people are too lazy (or scared) to complete the offers, because if they google for it, they will find the same thing (a movie for example) on another site.

Some people said to me, to publish things that is hard to find.
Well, if you link me something, blocked with gateway, I'm 90% sure that I will find it in other place. Especially movies/warez.

What you think about this, do you had experience with these things ?

Especially if it's gaming related e.g Facebook games, warcraft leveling guides

Those are for "kids".
I mean, if a gamer (most of them are very very lazy ) see the gateway, he will immediately close the page, and google for a guide.
He will download a crappy guide, but he'll be happy 'cause he got a guide without completing the survey.

Of course, that's my theory

it's just that I've seen those kinds of fanpages/groups in facebook

especially if it's good, or something to do with a game glitch, you get it?
