Best network without binding?

Hello, I have tried to look everywhere, here, and google. I just can't seem to find the best network that doesn't require binding on an exe. And that they actually pay. They just give you a link to promote. I have an idea, but I can't bind it with certain things that I am going to promote. Here are some that I have tried:

1) Media-Kings (Still waiting on a $50 payment. It's been 4 days so far....)
2) Truemediapartner (Haven't really fully tested them yet)
3) PerInstallBucks (I don't really like their interface)

on media-kings you have a delay because you use paypal, they have problems with paypal, on every other method they pay at time but on paypal everytime appear delays.
Anyway for what are you searching, it`s the best.
 
Promote CJ and Clickbank.

They are reliable and pay for everybody not just US affiliates...

That's what I am discussing with a staff member about that. But I don't know which other company I should go with other than Paypal..

I have tried to promote with CJ and Clickbank, but I am not good at affiliate marketing like that..
 
I'd stay with media-kings, just use a different payment method.
 
Try Verti Technology Group. I use them for almost half-year now, never a payment was missed even a single day.

Yeah go with them they are kickass to say the least and its a direct connection... None of that 2nd party cut taken either.

That's what I'm doing now. Unfortunately, I can't change the payment options myself. So I am waiting for a staff member to change it for me. I registered with Paxum. Are they good?

Would you mind if I asked you if you had any payment proof? Do they pay NET30. NET45 or NET15?

Oh okay, so the rates are higher for US installs?
 
add me on skyp: marian_pny and i will show you payment proofs from media kings on my paypal and media kings account, i cant post images here because i am a new member.
 
Media-kings payed me over $800 almost every payment was on time :D They are good for PPI despite the low rates.
 
perinstallbucks pay via paypal,webmoney,payza,paxum,wire, and they pay per request with 1 - 2 days delay, I have received from them more than 10 instant payments..
 
check out makestacks . {c} {o} {m} they just give you a .exe and its up to you what you want to do with it or how you get intslls....and dont make you bind with some bs installer...
