Best network for locking site displayed in my app?

I have an Android app that does some things including displaying my site in "WebView" (stock in-app browser) and I want to lock the site with CPA mobile link locker. I'm using MGC@sh now, but conversion would be A LOT higher if I had typical mobile locker ("download one of these games to access content"). I tried OGMobi but their locker does not work in my app.

So recommend me good networks for locking site displayed in stock browser in my app.
