Best Network For Email Marketing?

I would just like to ask a simple question. I'm preparing for an email marketing campaign and I would like to hear your opinions on some good CPA Networks that allows email marketing. I'm planning on getting leads from CL, which network would you think is best?

I don't think that any network does support email marketing. But if it does I will like to know the terms for that also.

Oh is that so, if that's the case then I would assume that marketers just blank the referer when sending emails? If thats a false statement someone please correct.
