Best network for Android and iOS installs [mostly games]?

Hi guys,

could someone please let me know the 3 best (in their own opinion) networks where I can find hundreds of offers?
I'm interested mostly in Android and iOS installs.

It would be great if they would have NET7. And they must have NET15.

Please do not PM me or ask me to PM you about this.
And if you write some names, please write in short why you consider them the best.
I'm asking this because I have seen a lot of threads where people just promote their own networks, or some newbies are earning 100$/month and saying that network is 'great' because they've got $.1 per install...
Oh yeah, they should be well known, so I can search online about them and find a lot of info.

I'm already trying offers from those mentioned networks, because I only have accounts there.
Now, I don't even know where to sign up next...
And, because I don't want to lose my time with testing dozens of networks I'm asking that question here.
