I found http://vidcloud.pw recently. They have only high quality movies and tv shows. And there's no movies up almost every day. Every week for sure.

One way of finding TV shows online is to type in the TV series name + vk.com in Google Search and then to click on the results that have vk in the address. Most of the pages have a video section in the lower right corner, where a bunch of episodes are listed. Some pages require you to signup though..
Apparently, Russia's most popular social network users are really fond of American TV shows. I bet that you can even find Putin watching House of Cards there.
