Best/most honest affiliate program?

I've not done a lot of affiliate work and am only familiar with clickbank and paydotcom.

I'm looking to add an affiliate program to a new site. It'll be one-off purchases and not recurring. I've heard horror stories about clickbank fraud and most of the ones I read about seem really sketchy. I just want something that's easy to use from both sides and doesn't screw you with fees.

We're a merchant on Click2Sell.EU for a few months now. They're not on pair with the big boys yet but they have great support and they listen to merchants' comments. Though keep in mind there aren't a lot of affiliates there (yet?).

They also offer the same system as Clickbank - so that they pay directly affiliates, not the merchant.

Sure amazon does this and some people get good results.
