Best are Admob and Chartboost for both iOS and Android apps.
Tried AppFlood and Revmob and cant say anything good about these ones.
Also worked with Flurry few years ago, their ads were ugly, but made some money. About $500/month while Admob in same apps made $250-300 per day with just banner ads. maybe it's not correct to compare because Flurry ads were shown to rare in my apps. Anyway I don't know how Flurry monetize today, after it was bought by Yahoo, now using it only for stats sometimes.
heard of Airpush, some ppl said that Google banned their apps for Airpush SDK. Dont really know is it true or they're just Airpush haters or competitors. Sorry Nick, but I really heard.

P.S. Chartboost and Admob revenues are significantly lowered last two months.

Sounds like your friends are drinking some of the hateraid - lol.
Our Google Play SDKs have been confirmed by the numerous publishers using it as 100% Google Play compliant without anybody being banned. All of our ad units are within the app, and nothing outside (such as push, icon ads, etc). I haven't received a compliant of apps being banned in quiet a long time. Our SDKs include a EULA (end user license agreement) for transparency to your users on the permissions being used to serve ads, and give them the option to opt out.

For those with mobile web traffic our new abstract banners are highly engaging and eye catching, and will instantly increase your
revenue.

GP traffic is interesting but iOS is primary for me.

Applovin had been pretty good to me for a few years, if you have the right app Pollfish is great but doesn't work for all types of apps and they don't have much inventory

some of you have good news about mobileCore?
It has been pretty good to me for a few months, but now the mobileCore's eCPM is decreased incredibly!!! It was about $1/$2, but now is $0.27/0.18.
Someone of you has the same result?
