There is no best.

IP is a resource that gets spammed if you use it too much over and over again.

More often than not, you can only test it yourself, I use and many providers...

However the best is to use non-public proxies, cause they may have been flagged.

Why spend so much on mobile proxies? If you need lots of proxies it will be cheaper and better for you to get static residential.

Only Residential VPNS on real users (bots) will works. Socks5 wont works for your task. because socks5 proxy not support UDP protocol. you need to try Residential VPNs on real users devices like resvpn.net or others. socks5 not works now. they are easy to detect. Instagram works on http/3 QUIC protocol which socks5 not supports and you seems not as reguar user.

There are mobile proxies that support udp now so prior comments about that are also solved with modern mobile proxies.
