Best Mobile PPI Network

Hey guys,

I'm currently using AppNext to monetize my mobile traffic and get app installs. However, I would like to know if there's a better mobile ad network (non-incentive) out there, which pays per app install.

I'm looking for one, which provides tools like interstitial video, app widget, app wall etc.

If so, I would love to know that ad network.

I'm interested in this too. I'm a member of maxbounty and peerfly. They seem to have some decent offers there, even though they are not solely mobile installs only
