Best Mobile APP Makers?

I'm very new at this, but what are the best App makers mobile devices?

I've heard about AppMakr and Conduit being well-known, but there appears to be many options, but to save time from testing experimenting to all the options, what are the best ones?

Preferably free and can create all sorts of full-functionality feature-rich apps (and even can create games).

Basically anybody with experience, just like what WordPress is to blogging and CMS, what is the identical-equivalent to the App world?

Anybody? I'm completely overwhelmed and new at this.
 
I have used skybuilder and seattleclouds. Seattleclouds has more features than skybuilder and for me it is the best app maker right now. But they are not free. If you want free app maker, try appsgeyser.

I've looked at AppsGeyser, but they're only limited to the Android platform.
 
Thanks for the sharing 1st,may i know these kind of app builders allow us to embed admob ads or other mobile advertising company's ads to earn money ???? hope to get your answer soon,thanks:)
