I personally think you should just bottom out and make a website to lead them back to. Then you can use as many affiliates as you'd like to on your site while still being able to capitalize on your Instagram. A few of these social media companies are catching onto the marketing aspects of account creation and are cracking down. Make your own site, host a few affiliate videos, plug your instagram in the mix..... money made. There are so many threads up here that provide a step by step with the adult industry ... you can easily rake it in.

You mean I should get the traffic on the lander first and then promote CPA to them via email?

There are a multitude of methods you can go with in order to monetize the traffic:
Example 1 :
Create a basic site with videos generated from affiliate statuses with sites like RedTube or Pornhub
Implement banners from other affiliates
Impose an image of the website on the underwear or clothing of someone on your instagram - mention how you just found " this awesome site that has everything on it"
Set the site up as if you don't really own it but drop subtle hints on your instagram
You may also what to consider marketing the site because you could always turn the site into a membership opportunity or get paid per referral based on whom you become an affiliate with.
Stay away from pounding everyone's emails with garbage. That's the quickest way you'll lose someone who even visits the site for recreational reasons.
