Best method to scrape TikTom and Instagram emails?

I love(d) the tool but have totally lost patience with it - probably my fault so no diss to the fine folks behind the tool

So, as the title suggests, if there is anyone that can help pls drop a tool or a process that you'd recommend and I'd be most grateful
