Best method to index my backlinks

How the title says, how to index my backlinks? I made backlinks with GSA SER, only Articles platforms because allow you to post content, the content is very important for the google updates so I create only relevant content even if is spun but I trying to do a readable content but unfortunately I get index only 10-15% of my backlinks. I post only on Drupal, Zendesk, Wordpress Article, XpressEngine, Article Script, Yad, Press Release, Joomla Blog, Buddy Press platforms. Also these sites where I post have min 1+ PR + Using GSA Indexer in full mode and still don't index more than 10-15%. Should I build backlinks(tier2) to my backlinks(tier1) ?

somebody told me to use Linklicious to get these back links indexed faster. but it never came out good for me.

I would suggest just building tier 2 links to help your tier 1 links index, and using an index service like linklicious to index your tier 2.

2. Build backlinks to your backlinks. a simple solution would be to buy a sb blast to your newly created backlinks.

3. ping them with bulkping or 247 pinger

4. various programs are available to be purchased that will index your backlinks.

I also tryied with Indexification but the same thing, still don't get more indexed backlinks.

If you have scrapebox, they have a rapid indexer. You can also use Google + to index your links. Put all the links in a pastebin file and then post it on Google +. Get a +1 or two on the post and it really helps with indexing. Aside from those, there is Lindexed and Linklicous, which are both very good for what you're looking for.
