I am struggling hard to get do-follow links naturally. Actually, to be honest, right now I don't have money to buy backlinks or SEO service. So, I have to do it through my hand. Can anyone one please give me special tips footprint that how I can get do-follow links from high authority sites ? Thanks
Guest post. Search the keywords you're trying to rank for, email the website owner and ask if he's willing to accept a guest post. There's a ton of guides out there; top of my head, check out ryan stewarts stuff.
Setup your own PBN and also try and get links for hobby sites in your niche (Guest Posts and the like). PBN is the sure fire way to start pumping link juice though.

You may also want to consider link outreach, contacting other webmasters in your niche and sending guest post pitches. That done, email the site owners, the owners of the niche sites, and pitch them a proposal to allow you to write a guest post for them or link them to the infographic you created and offer them to use it on their blog so long they credit your website for the infographic. Use a browser extension tool such as Broken Link Checher to check sites in your niche for broken links. Email the site owner, tell them how much you love their site, and did they know that their link is broken. Suggest that your post is a good replacement. Many will thank you and save themselves the time of searching for a new post themselves. Of course, your post has to be relevant to the link.
A good balance between do-follow links and no-follow links is important. This makes your link profile look more natural to Google. Having only do-follow links, is suspicious and smells like linkbuilding
You could use a software like the one in my sig to reach out to thousands of website owners and convince them to share your link on their website. Any reputable, high traffic site is most probably going to want a fee for it, or maybe exchange of a service for a review. But even if you have to pay something, on a good site it is well worth it for seo and traffic, as opposed to just pouring endless amounts of money to some "SEO GUY", that is highly likely to not know shit.

Find blogs relevant to your niche and comment on it with links to your site as it helps to build links. A good infographic and unique, informative content also help to get natural links. You can also find sites related to your niche for guest posting - in that way you can build relationship and authority links to your site. IMO, it is good to maintain 75% do-follow and 25% no-follow links.

There's no number on that. Just vary. But know that it's a lot easier to get no-follow links (often from commenting, forums, ...) than do-follow links (often from stronger domains: Mostly there's actually a moderator / website owner who has to place a link to you on his or her website. So you should find a way to get that done, like guestposting, or even pay). Most important is link relevancy: make sure that all links are relevant to the subject of your website. Also authority is important, but relevancy is key. Because then you will also only have people coming to your site who are interested in what's on your site.
No worries, You still have some other options for getting back link i,e ( through comment section, forum participation, directory submission, Q & A sites )
