Done a bit of research here and was wondering if meta ads are still good and or parasite seo?

For that niche, paid ads are often restricted, so Meta isn’t reliable long-term. Most people lean more toward SEO + content + affiliate/parasite placements where allowed, plus email/retargeting for conversions.

Meta ads can still work, but peptide-related niches are heavily restricted now, so accounts often get flagged or limited.

Parasite SEO can bring traffic short term, but it’s risky and unstable.

Long term, educational content + SEO + community trust usually works better in this niche.

Yeah both can still work, just in different ways. meta ads are still solid if your creatives and offer are good, while parasite SEO can bring quick traffic boosts but it’s riskier now with google cracking down harder on it.

For a peptides website, the “best” customer acquisition method depends heavily on: whether you sell research peptides or consumer, wellness products, your country, ad policy restrictions, how compliant your business is. Because peptides are a highly restricted niche, many normal advertising methods become difficult.

You can bring customers through SEO, social media and ads. consistent content, trust and targeted ads usually help get better results.

It's difficult to run ads in black hat niches. It's not a long-term niche, so SEO is not recommended. Google can kick your website out of SERPs whenever it wants. Parasites are really good for such niches. You should constantly create new parasites to stay active but it's worth it.

Most of the juicy peptides keyword SERPs with intent seem to be full of parasites, so I would start there instead of Meta, as there is way more scope. There is almost an unlimited amount of parasites if you run the gamut from free or 'creative' ones to paid ones.
