I can find reels on Facebook and Tiktok, not just on Instagram. I've found Snapdownloader for this. I will put in my bio message me for video removal and that's it.

There are many third-party apps that let you download reels. You can do a little research and you will find easily. As long as copyright is concerned, it is not a big issue but I would suggest you to go for those reels in which people are not showing their face.
