Best method to create multiple Twitter accounts?

Currently, I'm not sure of the best way to create say 10 Twitter Accounts.

As I understand it, it's safe to create around 4-5 Twitter accounts using the same IP, but what's the best method of creating say 10-15?

I originally thought:
Foxy Proxy > Sign Up with throwaway email > sorted.

But when I tried to create a Gmail account it kept asking for my mobile number to verify - so how can you get past this, or is there an alternative free email where this doesn't happen and can be easily mass created?

Also, should you use a different proxy to your standard home browsing one each time you log into your new Twitter accounts, or is only when creating them?

There are dozens of free email providers out there, google them.

Yes you need to use a different IP for using each account, not just creating them... common sense really.

I was wondering this same questions. I guess it depends if you are trying to build long term niche specific accounts or just temporary for reply posts.
