I see a ton of these offers on PPV. If you have the money, you should definitely consider trying it. Don't forget to use a tracker so you can blacklist non-converting targets/site-id's.

problem is that they are blacklisted in many pages where you pay for ad placement(adwords facebook ads etc.) maybe you can suggest where is the best to do advertise this type of webpage?
