Best Method of forming / delivering a mailing list.

Right now I've got 3 free trial mail chimp accounts because I have around 5,000 people on my list right now. I'm trying to figure out if there's any software or free method of sending TONS of emails.

Get a Hostgator account ($10 a month) attach a domain name to it and use that to email out with php list. Google php list hostgator and u will get info on it this obv costs a little but good luck hitting inbox with free methods. Email marketing takes investment whichever way you look at it.

Can you not just send the emails through mailchimp?

If you're actually sending legit e-mails, continue to use mailchimp but if not you might want to jump and get you own server. There are not many free blackhat solutions and the ones that are available, you would need thousands of Gmail/Yahoo accounts and some pretty technical software.
