Are there any membership scripts out there with developers and/or resell rights that DON'T require a 3rd party CMS such as Joomla, WP, etc?

Hey, could someone recommend an a membership site script that could do the following:

John comes to my site, sees my salesletter and decides to buy my product A. He does it by registering at my site (one time payment) and he gets access to the download page and affiliate program of the product A. Mike has also bought A but he also decides to buy B (monthly fee) and gets access to secret area, only for those who ahve bought B. At the same time Jack has bought A and decides to buy also C (one time fee) and gets access to secret area only for those who have bought C. Mike can't access C area and Jack can't access B area but they both can access A area.
There could also be one more guy who has bought all of these. And affiliate program for A,B and C so that only those who have bought them can access it would be nice.

I hope you got that.

So, any recommendations? And this is my first website so I'm not experienced.

If anyone is looking for a simple membership script, I've been using phpAutoMembersArea (phpAMA) I just use it for free cause I don't mind an occasional banner, but you can register it for pretty cheap to get rid of the ad banner completely.

I like it cause the script is easy to modify if you know even just a little php and html. It was really easy to modify it for use as a secure download site for one of my digital products.

I cant believe no one mentioned drupal. Drupal is probably one of the best membership platforms out there. Its flexible, has great user access controls and is pretty easy to setup.

I've made membership sites w/ drupal and modules: uc_recurring, ubercart. If you dont want to use ubercart, you could try this: http://www.moneyscripts.net/. I havent tried that myself, but it looks decent.

I know this thread is old, but just want to say that if you're looking for built-in affiliate support, Amember and the WPMUDEV scripts both work well. =)

vbulletin is nice for forums, phpfox is nice for a social networking site.
