It's so annoying for my mind that waiting for YT monetization approval. Now it took almost 20 days fro my all genuine content channels. So I decided to move MCN( multi channel network).
It isn't bad right? because YT also not paying all the amount that advertiser paid for us. They cut 45% from our income and just give us 55% as revenue. So as per that there's no difference between MCN's fees and YT monetization.
The good side of using MCN (without contract)
Give me good suggestions for good MCN's from your experience to start my monetization with them.

- Access to video creation and publishing tools.
- Marketing and promotion.
- Access to production and editing facilities.
- Higher CPM.
- Access to traditional media projects and celebrities.
- Cover song and background music licenses on copyrighted music.
- Live events and merchandise.
- You have to pay their portion from your income ( 10%-40%)
- Some MCN's lock you for 1-2 year contract with them
