Best mass DM bots for Telegram and Discord?

Hey guys.
I'm looking for bots to mass message users from Telegram and Discord groups.
I've tried Telegram Auto, but after trying to setup it up, the human behind email support just made excuses sending a fake automated away message, and never heard back from.


I'd prefer a free service, but if I'm out to pay for it, it better have reputation within the community.

Don't think that there is a good free bot for now
It's better to hire someone to create a custom one for your needs
