What's the best niche markets to learn and write for? what kind of blogs make the most $? I talk about blogs where you ask for job and aren't in the technical field.

Those premium keywords like insurance, loan, CC, web hosting, healthcare, all that if you are able to command premium traffic from us, uk or europe, that would allow you access to premium ppc opportunities that pay pretty well.
But these niches are very well exploited, and they command very high authority in order to being able to list your site to specific money keywords, but nonetheless, they pay well via the ads.

Firstly, it be good if you check G's high paying kws, get a good gauge beforehand.
