Best Manual Linkbuilding Tutorial?

Does anyone know the best comprehensive tutorial for manual linkbuilding (through Web 2.0's and social websites, or anything really)?

Preferably one that teaches you how to design a good link pyramid/wheel (or whatever's the best strategy at the moment) and not just a whole bunch of websites linking back to the money site.

I'd really like this as well. I hope there is a good one out there... I've yet to find anything that got really specific with the instructions.

What tutorials do you need? Go look in BST section see pictures what people are selling and replicate it... Make accounts on web 2,0 sites, post articles on them and link them.. simple as that... it is not rocket science... And stop looking for "the best strategy at the moment"... Dont fall for that shit.. Just start working...

If anyone is wondering what I went with, look up "LinkPushing". They have a convenient diagram displaying each of their 80'ish properties that make up their linkpush.
You can then build it manually.

Iam not looking for 'the best strategy' ,but maybe someone could recommend some good ebooks about link building...wich is he most effective way after the google update etc...most ebook is outdated.
