best mail provider for ig acc creation?

hi guys, i was wondering which mails are best to create accounts?
i'm using mail.ru right now and sometimes i get a "suspicious activity" screen and it only asks for phone (which i don't have), i think that mail.ru are very bad for ig.

I've had a bad experience with mail.ru so I haven't used them since. Gmail is probably the safest, but you can get cheap hotmail, yahoo, etc accounts that do fine.
