Best Lower Priced SEO Service?

I at this point in my IM journey I have not ever paid for any SEO services I have always done what I could myself, but I'm finally ready to test out some SEO services, so I'm looking for some recommendations. Ideally I want to test out a service that is a one time fee services that will build X amount of different backlinks to push your site for a keyword. I'm looking for a service that is not to crazy priced because I only want to test around right now.

I seen a thread earlier for them RankPush packages that caught my attention don't know if anyone has tried that yet?

Define "Low Priced"? For some Low-Priced is $500, for some $80 and for some $10-$20.

If you're after the $10-$20 ones.... those are not an "all-in-one" type, but of course you can do link building yourself.

Have any budget?

I think you have so many gigs on Fiverr if you are looking for SEO services for around 10-20. SEO prince is good as well, lesser than fiverr.

Well Ideally I'd like to spend not much more than $100 for any given smallish type test of a recommended service
 
If you are on a small budget the only way you could go is to buy backlinks. Anyway with a 100$ budget you could get some decent service for low and medium competition keywords, BST section should be helpful for you.
 
I'd recommend checking out matthew woodwards site for tiered linkbuilding, do your tier 1 links yourself and then go to fiverr type sites to blast those or simply follow the whole matthew woodward guide. The method works good and isn't too complicated after watching his videos, but you might need a tool or two ( would still be cheaper than a decent service )
 
I'm just looking for some SEO service that can do a decent job at getting low competition keywords high on Google, anyone got some recommendations?
