Best long-use private proxies for uploading

Hello guys, I have already tried more than 5 proxy providers out there on BHW, but I haven't found any proxy provider, who can give me fast private proxies for YT uploading. I want stable proxies which won't start slowing down to 5 KB/s.. Preferably proxy provider, who has good proxies in the middle Europe... I plan to use the same proxies for months or even years. I will rather pay a few bucks more for stable, fast, reliable proxies than having some slow, unstable or not working proxies.. I really prefer proxies that haven't been used for YT in any kind of work..

why dont you get a VPS for upload and download ?

Because I don't need server, I need proxies.... a lot of them..
