I your looking for something that works and you are able to receive and chat through your phone, oggchat .com is the way to go. The only reason why I use it because it works well, and its very customizable and unlike others I can chat directly using my iphone. I pay $13 a month and I have no complained yet

Used Olark.com, now using GrooveHQ because they also have email/ticketing support. Not the best solution but unfortunately the closest that you can get for Live/Email Support for multiple products.

I have used livezilla
it has all the features to track the visitor and create multiple agent accounts to handle various clients at a same time
