Hi, can someone recommend me the best Live chat software for my site? About to add this but need the right one...

what site is it? I found one I am planning on trying out for Wordpress.

Zopim ... they have a free, and paid for options.
 
ZopIM all the way, I've had great experiences with them and you can hook up your live chat to any popular IM platform, like AIM, Gchat, etc.

That way you don't need to be logged into a live interface via your browser and instead just be logged into your gChat and talk with visitors that way. Much easier to manage.
 
I recommend checking out Olark. Similar to SnapEngage, Olark integrates with Salesforce and few other CRM's.

For the serious business i don't recommend free live chat software for website. Try Live2support's live chat software. They will charge $ 9.99 per month for the best features.
 
I've used Liveperson in the past, support was very good, and they also offered to create a free customised 'live chat' banner/image for my sites where I wanted this feature. This was 2 years ago though, but was good service nonetheless, and was always online and very reliable.
 
i think zoip is the best since we dont need to be always logged into the online dashboard
 
live zilla is better than most paid live chat services and its free and very customizable
 
Without a doubt, it will be zopim... Its clear and simple interface, quick install and good support makes it the best solution there.

Any newbie can get started within 2 mins.

The best part is, they have a free version which is apt for small sites
 
Agree, LiveZilla is good. But meebo is a good and simple one. Recommend these.
 
I installed Comm100 so far I have no problem and most all its free.
 
I'm using snapegage and love it. Business has boosted quite a lot thanks to this small tool. I got snapengage for $54 per annum, so it was a steal!
 
Zopim is one of the best lice chat there is. Haven't tried any other, but really like that one.
 
I have used LiveZilla in the past, it's pretty good stuff and easy to integrate.
 
LiveZilla is great... nice features, easy to integrate, can add a lot of people, and it's free.
 
I used LiveZilla a long time, but some of my host don't allow it.
Then I changed to use 123livehelp, stable and fast.
With powerful administration and marketing tool, it increases my sales volume a lot.
With skypein, call back seems easy and affordable!
