Best Linking Building Software Option For 2016????

As the title says, what is the safest piece of software out there at the moment for building backlinks? Are there any effective tools for backlinking in 2016?

Well that's not exactly the response I'm looking for but thank you anyway.
Anyone else out there that has a favorite software for link building? Just looking for the options at the moment. Have a few in mind but I'd like to see other member's opinions.
Been a webmaster for over 9 years now so I'm fully aware of what's safe and what's not - just looking for info on options!

there is no such thing as the "safest" software for link building but you can find tools like moz and searchmetrics to help you build better links. anything automatic these days should be approached with extreme caution. 7 years in seo.

You still can use GSA for your moneysites, not blasting but with the right parameters you can build a lot of HQ links to your money site, the same goes for scrapebox too... if you know HOW to use these software's you can rank for a lot of comp keywords, hands down.

You can't expect tools to keep you safe. Even by manually building links you could get penalized. You need to understand the process of ranking. Once you know what you are doing, you can use tools to save time/scale out.
