Best link Tracker?

I am looking for a tool which I can use to cloak my links and to track my advertising links.

Looked at Prosper and Voluum but they both seem very complicated.

Basically I am looking for something with which I can see how much I spend on advertising and which campaigns are generating affiliate earnings.

I have had a look at Clickmeter but it still is a bit of a mystery to me.

Does it add a unique ID to all affiliate links so that I can track sales using the Subid?
