best link checking tool, importing data from csv

I purchase links. Lots of links.

I have yet to found a great way to autocheck these links to make sure they stay online according to what has been agreed upon.

Can anybody recommend some good software for me?

I've tried many of them like links organizer and just haven't been happy yet.
