That list is decent. Alot of his strategies are flawed in the fact that they pass little-to-no link value. He focuses on white hat methods but fails to understand the concept of actually "building" links. Its more of a marketing list if anything...

I'm sure that you can twist the method somehow if you have time.
 
Good to get some tips but not to follow as each SEO campaign is different. Reverse engineering is what to do IMO.
 
The most important link building strategy is to build links from high PR pages on domains that haven't been spammed to death. Take that basic idea and gather as many links as you possibly can. They're so hard to acquire that it'll be practically impossible to go too fast.
 
Thanks for sharing good link building lots of strategies but when I have clicked on some internal and external link, it's not open.
